I’m officially a size 3 in Hollister jeans! Yay this makes me happy because I’ve always been a size 5, and my highest was a size 7.
This is a big confidence booster :D
I’m proud of myself, I went out to lunch at this buffet with my dad. It was all you can eat and all I had was a salad and an apple. I ate pretty slow so I got full quick. I used to eat so much at places like that but I didn’t!! :)
Today is the first day of June and I weigh 129. Considering how high the number used to be, I’m pretty proud of myself. Thats 16 pounds! Plus I’ve been getting tons of compliments from my family, my dad even thinks I shouldn’t lose anymore haha. I’m starting to think 115 might be unrealistic considering its getting harder to lose, so I’m aiming for 125 and then 120 for now. This is a slow process but I’m happy with my results :)
Today I ate oatmeal for brunch which was very filling and kept me full for the afternoon. I cleaned my entire bedroom and then went out and tanned. Around 4 I had a fruit salad and then took a nap. I then went for a run even though I really did not want to. I feel awesome right now! :)

I’ve hit a plateau, this is so frustrating. I need to lose 7 pounds in the next 3 weeks that is my goal! I need to focus on eating healthier.
There is a party I am going to on June 10, so exactly one month to lose as much weight as possible! I can do it!!
Im hoping to be low 120’s!
