1. No bingeing! This totally messes with your eating schedule
2. Do not go more than 2 days without working out otherwise you’ll get discouraged.
3. Try not to eat too late (I have dinner at 6 at the latest!)
4. Drink lots of water throughout the day and with meals
5. Weigh yourself consistently. I weigh myself every morning!
6. No excuses! Just get out there
7. Find a workout buddy. My best friend is losing weight with me and it totally helps having someone to talk to!
8. Run run run! I do a few miles every day
9. All day fasting! I know this is definitely frowned upon but it helps clean out your body/get rid of water weight!
